Terms of use

These terms govern The Sports Scheduler website and scheduling service, operated by Long Play Works, Inc.

Current service

The service generates supported league, tournament, rotating-partner, and practice schedule previews without an account. A purchase or one schedule credit unlocks one complete schedule. You are responsible for reviewing dates, matchups, facilities, safety, and rules before using a schedule in the real world.

Prices and purchase options may change. Current prices are available on the pricing page and shown before purchase.

Purchases

A payment provider hosts checkout and acts as merchant of record for eligible purchases. The final charge and any applicable tax appear at checkout. Purchases are final. Credits do not expire while the service operates, cannot be transferred, and are forfeited if you delete your account. We do not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law, and a payment provider or legal requirement may reverse a transaction.

Account deletion

The verified account owner may permanently delete an eligible account after a recent sign-in and strong confirmation. Deletion closes its private schedule library, revokes access, and cannot be recovered. Unused credits are forfeited only after separate confirmation. A payment, legal, security, or shared-library issue may need to be resolved first. Limited records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, scrape personal data, or use the contact form for spam or automated abuse. You may use the published API within its contract and limits, but you may not evade service limits or access another person’s schedule.

Ownership

The operator owns the site, its design, and its original content. You retain rights in the information you submit and permit us to process it only as needed to operate, secure, generate, export, delete, and respond through the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service and generated schedules are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect optimization, or fitness for a particular league. To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the service.
