Website terms

These terms govern use of The Sports Scheduler’s initial public website, operated by Long Play Works, Inc.

Current service

The current site describes a scheduling product in development and accepts contact requests. It does not yet generate, host, sell, or guarantee sports schedules. Product descriptions may change as the service is tested.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, scrape personal data, or use the contact form for spam or automated abuse.

Ownership

Long Play Works, Inc. owns the site, its design, and its original content. You retain rights in the information you submit and permit us to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and respond through the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that a future product will include a particular feature. To the extent allowed by law, Long Play Works, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this initial site.
