This notice explains the information Long Play Works, Inc. processes through The Sports Scheduler’s initial website.

What we collect

If you contact us, we collect your name, email address, optional organization, schedule type, message, and the time and version of the notice shown with your request. Cloudflare processes ordinary network and security signals to deliver the site and prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use contact information to read and reply to your specific request, understand scheduler needs, secure the service, and operate the site. Sending a contact request does not subscribe you to marketing email.

Storage and sharing

Verified contact requests are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database controlled by The Sports Scheduler. We do not sell contact information. We may use service providers that process limited data on our behalf to host and secure the service.

Retention and choices

We retain requests only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, product research, security, and legal obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@longplayworks.com.
